Invisible in a city full of demand

The client offered a high-demand local service in Berlin but ranked around position 30 for their core terms — effectively invisible. Their Google Business Profile was unverified, incomplete and under-categorised. The website carried no local schema, had thin content, and loaded slowly on mobile, where most of their customers searched.

Days 1–4 · Profile & citations

We verified and fully completed the Google Business Profile, corrected categories, added services, hours and photos, and cleaned up inconsistent listings across German directories so every citation pointed to the same NAP.

Days 5–9 · On-page & technical

We added local SEO schema, restructured headings, and optimised the website for Core Web Vitals — compressing images, enabling lazy loading and trimming render-blocking scripts to hit a sub-2-second mobile load.

Days 10–14 · Content & signals

We published focused service and neighbourhood pages, requested reviews from recent customers, and connected the profile to the site so ranking and reputation signals reinforced each other.

Into the map pack — and the phone started ringing

Within two weeks the business moved from position 30 to position 9, entering Google's local pack for its primary terms. Profile views rose 312%, and calls generated directly from search climbed 47% in the same period.
